Eceptionist already provides Care Pathway Management Systems to three NHS Trusts’ hospitals including Medway and Arrowe Park Hospital in the Wirral enabling them to manage the healthcare process as efficiently as possible from when it begins in the community, moves into acute and speciality facilities and then moves back into the community, making it useful for everyone from practice nurses and GPs to groups of hospital consultants. Eceptionist has the potential to be an important piece of the jigsaw – an enabling tool both to support and enhance what we already have and to encompass radical process redesign.
